This week, Business Insider named our own Jillian Crowley, a Manager on the Services team, as one of the 33 Rising Stars of AdTech for 2024! Jillian is the third Momentum Commerce team member honored as a rising star, following Noah Jones in 2023, and Kelsey Scarzello in 2022. While the Business Insider article focuses on her specific role, we wanted to highlight the reasons why she was nominated and what makes her such a valuable asset to colleagues and clients alike.

Momentum Commerce hires with the intent for all employees to possess certain qualities that will contribute to the overall culture. Jillian’s positive demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for her colleagues and clients is exactly what MC looks for in new hires. She is continually striving for ways to improve and challenge herself. 

One major example is how Jillian has led the way as our team has rapidly grown over the last few months. Onboarding and training new team members effectively is a challenge we’ve faced through the fast growth. Jillian has taken the lead, training two new employees with little to no Amazon or Digital Media experience while still delivering amazing results for her clients. Jillian’s mentorship extends beyond onboarding, with a particularly proud moment being a promotion of a direct report in 2023 after roughly a year at Momentum Commerce.

Now as a manager, with two direct reports under her, Jillian is focused on helping mentor these team members, and build their client management skills as they collectively look to execute and strategize for their clients in 2024. 

While all this has gone on, Jillian has helmed two of Momentum Commerce’s biggest and most complex clients. The result of her dedication and work ethic have led to substantial revenue growth for both clients across Amazon.
